Joseph Michael Snodgrass , 68 of Webster Springs, WV, formerly of Sandusky, OH passed away on September 4, 2011 at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Buckhannon, WV. He had been born May 8, 1943 in Spencer, WV to Joseph Eugene and Vera S. West Snodgrass and ended up being a fork lift operator for Ford engine Company retiring immediately after 36 several years of solution. Larry is survived by his loving mom, Garnet Starcher of Charleston; sibling, Joyce Cunningham and her husband, Randy of Culloden; brothers, Johnny Dale Starcher and Randy “Hoss” Starcher, both of Charleston; nephews, Brian Starcher and Adam Maynard; and greatest friend, Jack Tate.

Also there are two main nephews, Kenny Linville of Chesapeake, Va., and Kevin Linville of Washington, along with her daddy, Sharon ended up being preceded in death by her niece, Carmalieta Chambers.
Sharon Wheeler and her husband John, Tallmadge, OH. He had been additionally preceded in death by one cousin. He was a 1970 graduate of Gilmer County senior school, a 1974 graduate of Glenville State College, and later received both Masters and Doctoral degrees from West Virginia University.

Additionally surviving are three daughters, Kristie Childers and the woman spouse Jimbo, Mt. Clare, Amanda Nutter and the woman companion Todd McVicker, Mt. Clare, and Beth Wright and the woman spouse Matt, Weston; six grandchildren, Zack, Mikayla, James, Hana, Josie and Karlie; and one cousin.
Surviving, loving spouse, Bonnie Good Koontz; sons and daughters-in-law, Steven and Michelle Koontz of Ripley, Chris and Meredith Koontz of Kenna; previous daughter-in-law whom he nevertheless regarded as an in depth family member, Lori Lanier; sis, Francis Harrison of Swansboro, NC; grandchildren, Elizabeth Koontz, Andrea Koontz Barr and her spouse Joey, and their daughter, Zoie; Isaac, Ethan and Eli Koontz, Daniel and Samuel Parsons; nephews, Larry Fisher, Richard Crank, Greg Koontz, Travis Koontz, James Harrison; niece, Catheryn Brooks.
Surviving are the woman husband, Donald E. Dye, Sr. two sons, Donald E. Dye, Jr. of Grover, NC and Leonard K. Dye of Carlisle,a brother, Robert Lynch of Belpre, OH, and two sisters, Barbara Dye of Parkersburg, WV and June Stadill of Columbus, OH in addition to seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
